Juicy Soul Retreat: Journaling - May 16th 2010

The Juicy Soul Retreat was wonderful. Thanks to all the lovely ladies who attended and created journals. I hope to hear more from you in the next few months about your journaling process and the clarity that is created. I want to hear about silent retreats, loving your words, new directions in career, studio spaces, new relationships and anything that inspires you to create a life you love.

Thanks everyone who responded to my email announcing the Juicy Soul Retreat. It was great to hear from everyone. I cant wait to share and enjoy Sunday's retreat with you.

Put on your creative hats!

I have been feeling so creative these days. I took a trip to a local flea market with a friend. We looked at everything and took photos. We ate yummy food from those scary food vans.  We listened to drummers and people singing. Summer is here in Californina. (Yes we have had our random rainy days). I love summer because I like to create art outside.

Andrea of A Work of Heart and I have revamped the Juicy Soul retreats for 2010 to focus on Journaling and practices to spill open in your journals. Our vision is that you develop a regular creative practice that will inspire you through the year.  We want you to learn that making time to be creative on a regular basis is both fun and healing.

Thank You Vision Board Creators!

Thank You to everyone to joined me for the Vision Board Class. It was great to meet everyone and provide the space to dream our 2010 dreams together. This year's class was a blast. I am always inspired by what people are dreaming...contributing more at work, creating abundance and prosperity, creating a lovely home for family and friends, expressing romance with partners. It makes my heart sing to hear such love and generosity expressed. I am over joyed to know that these intentions will be expressed in the world in one shape or another.  It's so great to be with people who dream their dreams and then set out to make them happen. I can't wait to hear what happens next in everyone's lives.

Handmade Holiday: December 12-13th 2009

All the creative expression teachers at A Work of Heart channeled our creative juices and created art to sell in this once a year holiday boutique - A Handmade Holiday Boutique. Opening night was tonight at A Work of Heart and it was a delight. Yummy food and great handmade items for holiday gift giving. People shuffled in from the rain to shop and snack.
